Poor circulation in feet/hands? - poor circulation, red hands, red feet

I have very poor circulation in the feet and hands, at least what I think the problem is. My feet were red and purple, sometimes sharply, and cold most of the time, and my hands are normal in color, but they are very, very cold.

This is a serious problem? I only know very few others like me, but you want to make sure it's nothing serious.
